Introduce yourself, take a look around, and don't be shy.
Who we are:
Solo Attorney Club is an online community for licensed solo and small firm attorneys to collaborate, find coverage, share documents, and become efficient and happy in their law practice. Get tips, tricks, and advice on how to run your practice and excel as an advocate.
Welcome
As new members, you are now part of a collective whose strength lies in our different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.Â
We encourage you to take complete advantage of the features that our community has to offer. Here are a few ways you can participate:
Start by introducing yourself in a post in the Water Cooler and share something about your background or your journey. We would love to know more about you. The more members get to know each other the easier it is to refer cases, find coverage, and collaborate.
Join the conversation by participating in polls, prompts, and posing questions of your own. Your voice adds unique value.  A new attorney may not know the procedure on how to file a motion but may have some valuable insights on how to project your cell phone to your TV or how to use a feature in your practice management software. Traditionally, only a senior attorney is thought to be a mentor, but in SoloAttorneyClub everyone is a mentor.  If you know something, share it.  If you need something, ask.
Utilize our Search feature to explore past conversations, which may hold the answers to your questions or inspire new ones. Â You can also save hashtags # as "highlighted," so when those hashtags appear next week or next month on a new post, you have your own cultivated list of information that interests you. Â Likewise, you can save any post for easy access later.
Don't hesitate to reach out and direct message other members to seek advice or simply to say hello. We're a warm bunch, eager to interact and help! Â Our chat feature is like texting or using instant messenger. Â If you have the app on your phone, you will get instant notifications that you have a message, and if you use our webpage, you will see your messages when you log in.

The Rule Book
1. Be kind and respectful
We encourage members to interact with kindness, empathy, and respectful language. We encourage the questions you may think are dumb. Do not discourage someone from asking questions or seeking advice. This is a place to collaborate and feel safe.
2. No SPAM, please
No one likes SPAM, so please avoid sharing links repeatedly or you may be restricted. If you are sharing a link, please make sure that you describe what the link is for so other members understand where you are sending them.
3. Sharing is caring
Found something interesting? Share it with the community. Remember, sharing is caring. While we encourage you to share with the community, we discourage sharing the materials you find here with anyone outside the community.
4. Stay on topic
We love movies and TV shows too, but for the sake of keeping order, please stay on topic. Off-topic conversations should be held in the water cooler. If you have a conversation going rogue, don't forget that you can direct message (DM) any member using the chat bubble at the top of your screen.
